Scientists grapple with a " double ethical bind", a concept that appears to defend and promote alarmist misinformation.The author identifies a discernable anthropogenic global warming trend over the last 150 years - known as the Modern Warm Period - but questions the recent conclusions of the Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change (IPCC) which attributes most global warming to human emission of greenhouse gases.
